xingni Friday, March 12, 2004: 20,30,40 Weird movie title huh?Well the reason for the numbers to be the title for the movie is to represent the each age group of the women in the movie. This moive describe the feelings of three different age group women towards their life.It really reflects the situation most women are facing today.I must say Slyvia Chang once again done a great movie.She is also one of the main actor in this movie,together with Rene Liu and Lee Sin Jie. Lets start with the 20 year old girl,starred by Lee Sin Jie.A young girl,travel far away from her homeland to a foreign country just to make her dreams come true and that is to be a singer.She thought she had a good start,having a contract with a producer.She didn't know that is takes more than that to make a dream come true.She met up with a Bi-sexual teammate,where she be good friends with.Going through life trying to be famous,but it ain't that easy to get an album out.Leaving home to a far away land,without her parents supports and loved ones around her,lonely in a foreign country,with not much money to survive.Later the contract was cancel,because the producer actually lied to her.He didn't manage to get her a deal with any label and the business had to close down due to financial problems.With no where to go and money to stay on,this girl decided to head back home to her family,leaving her dreams behind,and go back life a normal life.Although she didn't get what she wanted but through this journey,she grown.She got to learn something more about life.You may have many dreams,some can come true if we work hard for it,but we aren't always that lucky,some of us just have to let our dreams go,because there is not where we meant to be.But one thing for sure,dreams is something that keep us alive.Dare to dream!Dare to live it!Although she failed to be a singer,but at least she tried,and for sure,thats one thing she will never forget in her life. Here comes when a girl turn 30,Rene Liu is an airstewardess,pretty and sexy,flying here and there all over the world,living her dream.But she is unhappy.She has many lovers,but none of them could give her happiness.The guy she loves is married,the guy that love her like crazy is someone she don love.Later she finds that she is getting tired of this life style.For a 30+ year old woman,flying around is just too much.It is time for her to settle down.But with so many lovers,who should she choose?None of them seems to be the one for her.She later says goodbye to all her lovers,shift out and try to start a new life by finding someone she can settle down with.Not someone who is rich or handsome,but someone who can always by her side to care and love her. Slyvia Chang,40+ women,own a small business and living happily with her lovely daugther and husband.Just when she thought she is a very happy women,but man..was she wrong.Her husband got another wife outside and had a kid as well.Her dreams broke.After so many years with her husband,finally she had to ask for a divorce.At her age,things were hard for her.Luckily she had a business to run.Somehow she feels lonely.Having her daughter study in overseas and separated from her husband,she needs a new life.She started to try to change.Looking for a new mate.She went clubbing.A hot mama!Got herself a cute hunk but later she finds she is just too old for these young life.She met a guy later,both of them were a match,but too bad this guy had a girlfriend and loves his girl alot.Slyvia tries once break them up and had the guy for herself.After some thought,she decided to match them up.She learn that dare to love and dare to let go.She maybe be lonely for the rest of her life,but she shouldnt break other people's relationship. 3 women from 3 different age group with 3 different life style.When you are 20,you are young and active,you dare to live up to your dreams.when you are 30,you are no more young,its time to settle down.When you are 40,time doesnt turns back,you can live young for awhile but not for long.Women these days should be more independant,don't just always depend on guys too much.We may not know what will happen in the future.Life is short,live up til the max,cheerish every moment of your life and be happy with it.This doesn't mean independant and not depend on others so much and women will be tough.No.Many people misjudge me for someone very strong and tough.Yes i might be,sometimes.All these are because of the environment i m in.I was raise and brought up that way.I was trained to be independant when i was young.but still..i m a girl,with a heart.We all do feel weak at times.We do feel lonely.Who doesn't want to be loved and to love? Sometimes....I wish i had shoulders that I can lean on,arms to wrap me tight with. (Hm..i read back what i wrote,and it sounded funny.I don't really know what the hell I m writting about...anyway its just something i want to let out from my heart.) *i would recommend this movie to all guys i know or anyone of you who wish to know more about girls' feeling,I think this is one movie that guys should go and watch.And girls as well,anyway the movie is about girls right?It maybe be boring but for people who thinks much like me,will understand the movie.Oh yeah not forgetting,it does have some many parts and hehehe interesting scenes.* Sorry if any of you read this haven't seen this movie.Sorry I had let the plot of the story out and make the movie not interesting anymore.
